In March 2008, Paramjeet Singh founded MedSMS, which used to provide paid medical consultation and education on mobile phones. The company was closed in March 2010. In September 2012, Paramjeet Singh began working as a Medical Officer in the cardiology department at Moolchand Healthcare. He left the hospital in 2013. Paramjeet started working as a Senior Cardiologist at Fortis Hospitals from August 2013 to January 2015. In September 2013, he joined aiqahealth and worked as a Consultant & Healthcare IT Software Advisor till January 2015. From January 2014 to December 2014, he worked as a registrar in the Critical Care & Emergency department at Jaypee Hospital. In February 2015, he joined Caring Millions as its Vice President (VP) of Operations. He worked there till April 2016. In April 2015, Paramjeet Singh started working as a Senior Cardiologist at New Delhi-based BLK – Max Super Speciality Hospital. Paramjeet worked there till August 2016. In January 2017, Paramjeet Singh founded a clinic named Health And Heart Clinic in Ghaziabad. He works there as a Physician with his wife. Paramjeet Singh is a member of the Indian Medical Association (IMA) and the Medical Council of India (MCI).
